When the ball reaches the last player in line this player runs in an anti-clockwise direction right around the other teams and back to the front of their line. Once back to the front this player begins passing the ball in the same formation.
Each group member must remember to shuffle down one place and this continues until each player has run once. Group is divided into three even teams, with each forming a line outside the 3-point arc facing the basketball ring.
Each team will then have four cones evenly spaced in front of them leading towards the ring approximately one metre apart. This player then rebounds the ball and dribbles to the start of the line and rolls the ball backwards to the end of the line, just as the first player did. Each time a goal is scored the team scores two points and the first team finished scores five bonus points. Group is divided into two even teams, shooters and runners. The shooting team forms two even lines out from the basketball ring with players standing about five metres apart facing each other.
This should make a zigzag line. The running team forms one straight line at the end of the playing area — usually half court with cones to clearly show boundaries.
On the signal of the leader, the first runner begins running around the outside of the playing area and tags the next person in line who runs the same path. On the same signal the shooting team begin passing in a zigzag formation down the line to the last person who shoots the ball with the aim of scoring a goal. The shooter rebounds the ball, dribbles back to the top of the line and begins passing in the zigzag formation again.
All players need to shuffle down after each shot. This continues until all runners have been through once. Each goal scored represents one point. The team with the most points after shooting is the winner. Group divided into two even teams, passers and runners. The passing team forms a circle in the middle of the playing area with one player in the middle of the circle and the running team forms a line at the end of the playing area. On the signal of the leader, the passing team begins to pass the ball around the circle from the centre player to the outside and back to the centre player.
For every catch the centre player takes the team scores one point, with each team member calling out the progressive total each time a catch is taken. At the same time the passing team begins passing, the first member of the running team begins running around the playing area, which has been clearly highlighted by cones. Once the runner returns to the line he tags the next player who begins running in the same way the first runner did. The passing team then calls out their score and the teams change roles.
The team with the highest score is the winner. Group is divided into two even teams, with each team sitting in one straight line facing the other team. The leader should ensure that there is at least one meter between each pair. Each pair is then given a number and will now be competing against their partner. The leader begins the game by calling out one of the numbers given to one of the pairs. Sprint Relay is a relay race run by a team of competitors. Each individual runs the course, and the result is based on the collective time of the team totaled together.
