Honestly I love my job at the Cutchins program but it is very much like a high school. There is drama cliques and the veteran staff kind of are a hit or miss. You will definitely be talked about half the time it is learn as you go.

Depending on your ream can make it break the environment day. All of people have been there for a while and their connections are why they still have a job. God forbid you get promoted. Everyday is different and you are learning something knew but keeping an open mind and trusting the journey us what will make you go far here. Remember you are there for a paycheck and experience not friends. It can be like family at time but it depends.

Pros Day can be chill, Free Food, Laid back. Cons No real break, sometimes the children get very violent, and not much advancement.

I loved my job here and felt like I was contributing and doing my part to help set up a new system for this company. With that said I felt there was a toxic relationship between staff and management. Pros Working with kids. Cons Very little training. Yes There are 1 helpful reviews 1 No. I have been an employee of Cutchins for the past two years. I have been afforded the wonderful opportunity to advance my career on the companies dime, through the various trainings theybprovide.

Trainings are available regularly and the company will also assist with compensation for certain trainings as well. Benefits and time off through the company are wonderful. In the mental health profession I chose, my pay rate is always lower than in other areas of practice. However, the benefits make up for that in my opinion. I find my supervisors to be very understanding when time off is needed and you have paid personal time for those times.

I have seen other reviews on here talking about diversity and lack there of? I personally feel we have one of the most diverse work forces I have seen in a mental health setting and I am proud to work for a company that is SO inclusive of race, gender, and equality. Last but not least In a time of such adversity, it was telling how much the organization did for the employee's.

Pros Paid trainings, great team, benefits, paid time off. Cons Can be stressful at times. The employee dedication and devotion is impressive! Working for a Non-profit agency that has such a profound purpose is an honor!

All the staff work very hard on behalf of the children and their families; demonstrating great dedication every single day. The health plan benefits are very generous and affordable. Plus, there are lots of annual paid holidays, vacation, sick and personal time too!
